Accessories, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, hair and sale items are non-returnable and sales are final. No exchanges or returns can be made on these items.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant and wear.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear and returned in its original packing.
All returns must include packing slip
(1) Stating reason for return
(2) Order number
(3) Email used at checkout
(4) Matching item
If this is not included or if filled out incorrectly, your return may experience issues with processing as it will take longer to locate your order and can delay issuing your credit.
We are not liable for any return packages that might be lost or stolen in-transit. Keep your proof of postage and or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Your item must return to us within 21 days from the day you receive your order. This policy starts on the initial delivery attempt.
Original tags and complete packaging must be attached for return to be honored.
Damaged, defective items or incorrect items must be reported and returned within 10 days of the initial delivery.
Returns are processed within 5-7 days after items are delivered to us.
Online returns will receive a online credit . Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect an issue you an online credit. We do not offer refunds back on returned items. Online credit is sent to the email issued at checkout.
Shipping fees are non- refundable and return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Lush Pole Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.
Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit.
Return to Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if
(1) Invalid address or information
(2) The carrier is unable to deliver your package
(3) The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery
Return to Sender & Refused Packages will be issued an online credit minus a 15% restocking fee and the initial shipping charge to the email provided at checkout during the initial time of purchase.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that the address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, buildings, apartment numbers and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define, limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- irregular or recessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, missing items or criminal or fraudulent activity.
Similarly we reserve the right to refuse service (online and in person) to any customer or entity due to similar actions noted above.

Before starting a return, please double check that your return falls within the allowable days so it doesn’t get rejected. Any return package that arrives 21 days after purchase will automatically will be sent back and ineligible for refund, return and/or exchange of any kind. Helpful Covid-19 Disclosure Before Returning
Please note due to Covid-19 and business closures we can only accept USPS returns at this time. FedEx, UPS or any courier would be returned to sender as they would not be able to deliver the package.
