There is no previous experience needed!
A common idea is that you need to be a certain age, size or possess certain physical attributes to enjoy the benefits of pole fitness because that is not true. Bring an open mind and a sense of humor. Do not expect to make it on the first few tries. Just like gymnastics or ballet your goal will not be reached over night. In the beginning stages you will work on putting a pep in your step and air under your feet.
Beginner classes consist of awareness of the pole sport, grips, spins, floor work and a series of tricks catered to transitioning to the Intermediate class.
